What you need to know about Fluenty.

What is Fluenty?

The widget platform for Retell AI. It connects to your existing agents and gives you a chat and voice widget, interaction analytics, business hours, and multi-widget management — without building frontend. It doesn't replace Retell. It extends it.

How does Fluenty integrate with Retell AI?

With your Agent ID. Retell handles conversations and voice. Fluenty handles the widget, analytics, and site behavior. Add a script, configure from the dashboard, done.

Do I need to change my Retell setup?

No. Your Retell AI agents, prompts, and voice settings stay exactly the same. Fluenty connects to your agent using just the Agent ID — no migrations, no config changes, no API key sharing in the frontend. It runs as a separate layer on top of your existing Retell setup.

What languages are supported?

Fluenty supports 15 languages out of the box: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Hindi, Arabic, and Turkish. The widget auto-detects the visitor's browser language and displays the interface accordingly. You can also force a specific language using the data-language attribute.

Can I customize the widget?

Yes. Brand color, logo, avatar, messages, languages, and independent business hours for chat and voice. All from the dashboard, no code changes.

Does Fluenty support both chat and voice?

Yes. Fluenty combines text chat and browser-based voice calls in a single widget. Chat uses streaming responses connected to your Retell AI chat agent. Voice calls use WebRTC through Retell — no downloads or plugins required, works on both desktop and mobile browsers. Users can switch between modes from the same interface.

What analytics does it provide?

Sessions, visitors, conversion funnel (impressions → opens → clicks → conversions), pages, traffic sources, devices, geography, and real-time activity. AI-powered insights available on Pro Max.

Do you store conversations or recordings?

No. All conversations, voice recordings, and message content are processed exclusively by Retell AI under their own privacy policies. Fluenty never sees, stores, or has access to conversation content. The only data Fluenty stores are anonymous interaction events — widget loads, opens, clicks, and call starts — used for analytics and conversion funnel tracking.

How do I install the widget?

Two options. Copy the install prompt and paste it in any LLM to get framework-specific code. Or add the script tag directly. Works with HTML, React, Vue, Next.js, Nuxt, WordPress, and static sites.

What's included in the free trial?

The 7-day free trial gives you full Pro-level access: up to 3 Organizations, 10 Widgets, and 5 Team members. This includes analytics, lead capture, report export, webhook integration, custom logo, business hours, and all 15 languages. No credit card is required to start. Your data is preserved after the trial ends.

How do plans work?

Plans are structured around three dimensions: Organizations (brand workspaces), Widgets (individual chat/voice embeds), and Team members (collaborators). Starter includes 1 Organization with 1 Widget. Pro includes up to 3 Organizations with 5 Widgets. Pro Max offers unlimited Organizations with 10 Widgets. Domains are unlimited on every plan — attach as many as you need at no extra cost.

Is Fluenty part of Retell AI?

No. Fluenty is an independent product built specifically for deploying Retell AI agents on websites. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Retell AI Inc. Fluenty handles the widget layer (chat interface, voice calls, analytics, business hours), while Retell AI handles the conversational AI layer (agent logic, voice synthesis, LLM processing).

Is Fluenty production-ready?

Yes. Lightweight integration, abuse prevention, rate limiting, separation of concerns, and Retell credentials fully protected — your API keys are never exposed in frontend code.

Does it integrate with CRMs?

Every widget has a lead webhook that fires on each new lead. Connect it to any CRM or tool that accepts webhooks. Native integrations coming soon.

How reliable are the AI conversations?

Conversation quality depends entirely on your Retell AI agent configuration — the prompts, voice model, LLM settings, and knowledge base you set up in Retell. Fluenty does not process, modify, or interfere with AI responses in any way. It delivers them as-is through the widget interface. To improve response quality, optimize your agent directly in the Retell AI dashboard.

How do you handle privacy?

Fluenty stores zero conversation data — no messages, no voice recordings, no transcripts. The only data collected are anonymous widget interaction events (loads, opens, clicks) used for analytics. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and WebRTC, and encrypted at rest. Fluenty publishes a full Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and Security documentation. We are GDPR-ready and support data subject requests.

What's included in each plan?

All plans: chat, voice, Retell AI integration, brand color, 15 languages, analytics (8 KPIs + funnel), business hours, lead capture, credential protection, domain whitelisting, IP blocking. Pro adds custom logo + avatar, webhook, report export (PDF + Excel), CSV lead export, team collaboration, and priority support. Pro Max adds AI-powered insights, advanced analytics, dedicated account manager, and unlimited scale. 7-day trial on Pro.

What is an Organization?

An Organization is your brand or workspace in Fluenty. It's the billing boundary. One Organization can have multiple domains attached (e.g., .com, .com.mx, subdomains) at no extra cost.

What counts as a widget?

A widget is one chat and voice embed configured in Fluenty, connected to one Retell AI agent. Each widget has its own branding, business hours, language settings, and analytics. You can deploy the same widget across multiple domains within the same Organization — domains are unlimited on all plans, so adding .com, .com.mx, or subdomains costs nothing extra.

What happens after the trial?

When your 7-day trial ends, your widgets are automatically paused — they stop loading on your website, but all your configuration, analytics data, and leads are preserved. You can subscribe to any plan (Starter, Pro, or Pro Max) to reactivate your widgets instantly. We send email notifications before the trial expires so you have time to decide.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can switch plans at any time from the billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to your current plan features until then.

Do domains count toward plan limits?

No. Domains are completely unlimited on every plan, including Starter. You can attach as many domains as you need to any Organization — production domains, staging environments, country-specific domains (.com, .co.uk, .com.mx), and subdomains all count as zero toward your plan limits. The only limits that vary by plan are Organizations, Widgets, and Team members.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid subscription. Contact [email protected] with your account email and we will process the refund. After 14 days, you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
