Fluenty was built by JJ Lopez-Lira, a Product Engineer focused on AI deployment infrastructure. After spending months building custom frontends for Retell AI agents across hospitality, AI agencies, and customer service, the pattern became clear: every deployment needed the same things — a chat and voice widget, analytics, business hours, lead capture, security, and multi-site management. Each project required 200+ hours of frontend work that had nothing to do with the AI itself.
Instead of rebuilding that infrastructure for every client, JJ built Fluenty — a production-ready platform that connects to any Retell AI agent and handles everything between the AI and the end user. Today, Fluenty powers AI deployments for companies across North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America, from resort concierges to restaurant assistants to multi-client AI agencies.
